Julie Campbell started cleaning houses in 1986, work which allowed her to juggle commitments of a young family. By 1987 she began co-ordinating house keepers and house holds. Women At Work was born.

Women At Work quickly became one of the largest most successful domestic agencies in Melbourne. Julie still runs Women At Work with the help of experienced administration personnel and hundreds of thoroughly screened workers across the metropolitan area.

Although as the name suggests we have a majority of female house keepers both individual and in teams we also have male workers either working with their partners or alone. Our clients are asked when booking if they have a preference.
